Problem Solving Skills

In a study conducted on employability , employers were asked why some employees quitted.The employers stated that these people had difficulties to solve workplace problems given to them as these people said they were not taught at the university on how to solve problems.I reckon problem solving skill is essential to have.I did ask some young people I know , if they have problems with their boyfriends and girlfriends what would their solutions be.They just gave a common solution that is ..Dissolve the relationship.Now I know why a lot of people heading for divorces when there are troubles in their relationships.Should we concentrate on resolving the conflicts than dissolving relationship? Could be problem solving skills are not actively practised in our culture?

Someone asked me where is the place.Wan's Spicy Roasted Chicken is located at Kompleks Perniagaan Tok Arau.It is right behind C-Mart and the same row with D'Kontena.It is green. It is on the other end of the shoplot.Yesterday I did try ketupat and rendang daging.It was nice.

Beauty in the Pond

Everyone went gaga over the beautiful Japanese carp fish swimming happily together in the small pond at the place where I was stranded a day for the course.I knew I learnt a lot.However learning new things for the whole day is really not something I look forward on Saturday.Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be days for relaxation and to catch up with things and others.I reckon this year is a really hectic year by looking at the activities and events planned...and this is just February.
